
The magnificent Carousel for All Children in the Greenbelt’s Willowbrook Park provides a beautiful and unique backdrop for your family, community or corporate event. There are two options for renting the carousel – exclusive, when the Carousel is closed to the public and non-exclusive, which is during regular operation hours. Best of all, whenever you rent the Carousel, you and your guests will enjoy unlimited rides on the Victorian-inspired carousel for the duration of your party!
The Carousel is available for private parties during non-public hours. Time slots available are 9am -11am and 6pm - 8pm. Additional hours may be booked for the evening time slot at a rate of $200.00 per hour.
Our two-hour party package includes set-up and clean –up time. Groups will be responsible for providing paper goods and utensils, and no food items that require heating or sternos will be permitted. The rental fee is $350.00 on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and $400.00 on weekends and holidays. A separate refundable $175.00 security deposit is required for all private rentals. There is a 100-person maximum capacity at the Carousel for exclusive party rentals. Six 6-foot rectangular tables and 50 folding chairs are available for your use, with prior notice.
Full payment and a security deposit must be paid in advance to secure your reservation.

Party Rental Rules are as follows and we thank you in advance for your cooperation:
No alcohol or glass containers are permitted
Trash must be bagged and tied and left in the designated area
Nothing can be affixed to the walls of the carousel
No popcorn machine, cotton candy, live animals or inflatable rides
Clowns, magicians, musicians and children’s entertainers are welcome.
The Carousel is available for non-exclusive parties during regular operating hours. There is a 50- person maximum capacity and a 10-child minimum. Six-foot rectangular tables and 50 folding chairs are available for your use, with prior notice.
Two-hour party (including set-up and clean-up time) costs $15.00 per participant, which includes one slice of pizza, one soda and one ice cream. A 50% deposit is due in order to secure your reservation. Please note that Non-Exclusive Parties are held when the Carousel is open to the public, and may include no less than 10 children. A separate, refundable $175.00 check is required for a security deposit for all rentals.
