Walking in nature and just breathing in the fresh air comforts and relaxes me
whenever I feel stressed, depressed or down for any reason.
I don’t like bike-riding or running inside, which is why you can often find me
doing these two physical activities outside in parks.
Although I favor Clove Lakes Park and Silver Lake Park,
walking in Willowbrook Park, where I took my photographs,
gave me a few moments of peace.
As I grow older, I begin to realize how important
those peaceful moments are to me.
No matter where I go in life, I know that nature and the environment
will always have a great influence on me.
