Peepers: Learning about Nature for two year-olds

Squirrels can be found almost everywhere in the world, and the Staten Island Greenbelt is no exception. Join us on Facebook Live as we celebrate squirrels with a story read by Educator Christopher Rommel and create a craft inspired by our furry friends. Appropriate for ages 4-8.

This program will be via Facebook Live through our Greenbelt Conservancy or Greenbelt Environmental Education Facebook pages. Please preregister for this program, so we can prepare your materials!

After registration, materials will be prepared for you to pick up on January 21st between 10:00 am and 11:00 am at the Greenbelt Nature Center. The Greenbelt Nature Center is located at 700 Rockland Avenue.

If you cannot pick up your craft materials at the designated time, please contact us for an alternative pick-up time. Unclaimed material kits that have not made alternative pick-up arrangements will be offered to participants on the waitlist after 11:00 am on the pick-up date.
